As a fourth-generation coffee grower, Jorge Rojas currently manages a three-hectare farm, Finca El Jardin, in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia. There he nurtures a diverse array of coffee varieties, using selective harvesting, unique fermentation, and precise drying techniques to produce exceptional flavors.
